Fighting my memory [Destiny] « Thread Started on Feb 23, 2008, 1:30am »
Vox was in bed in the Cabins. He was curled up in his blanket sweating profusely. He was dreaming again, and probably about his father. He was tossing and turning and whimpering with every vision that rossed his eyelids. He had his arms under the pillows his face down in them as he screamed to be let go.
It was a cold windy day, when Vox was playing right before his bedtime. His mom had just given him his dinner. He didn't have to wash up for another ten minutes so he was playing with his sister's barbies. He was cutting their hair awkwardly, and giving them designer clothes, made by him. He was always the one to design awesome clothes.
Bedtime had come and mom had tucked Vox in, while livi and rex had gone out. Vox had just about fallen asleep when his father had come in. Before Vox could really do anything he was pinned face down to the mattress, his face buried in the pillow as he was stripped. He felt cold and and broken, as his father had taken advantage of him.
After his father had finished with him, and pushed him to the floor, Vox looked at him. He remembered his father's warning. 'Tell no one... or else.' Then his father, forced him to his knees, so he could touch him with his mouth. After he had been forced into about three more rounds, his father left him to shake on the floor. He was scared and cold. He felt useless and alone. He felt used, and abandoned. His screams were unanswered, adn his fighting was minimal. He was weak, Vox crawled back up into bed, and cried himself to sleep.
Vox woke up screaming into his pillow in pain. He was tossed onto the floor, his pillow ontop of him. He was so confused, and fucked up because of what his father had done, he couldn't control himself, or figure out what he wanted to do.

Destiny was on duty to check everyones cabins. Boys and girls. This ought to be fun. She thought to herself as she started walking to the girls cabin. She peered into the windows. She saw that all the girls were sleeping. "Thank god the girls are all asleep. Now all I have to do is make my way to the boys cabins and check up on them. Hopefully all of them are sleeping like the girls are." She said out loud to herself. She started walking towards the boys cabins. She started thinking of Peter. The camp lake is where they met and she couldn't keep her mind off of him.
Destiny heard some noises coming from the boys cabins. She ran up to the boys cabins windows and saw that someone was screaming in his bed. She ran to the boys cabins doors and flew them open as she ran up to the guy. She stayed calm as she started to shake him. She wanted to try to wake him up. It looked like he was having a bad nightmare. "HEY HEY! WAKE UP! YOUR HAVING A NIGHTMARE?" She looked at the guy as she turned the light on. She looked worried about him.

Vox was startled out of bed by someone talking to him. Well more like yelling at him. He looked up to see someone he had never met before, what was he thinking. He panicked and crawled under the bed, pulling the blankets with him. He was scared, after that dream anyone would rightfully be afraid of what was going on. No one could blame him, its not like he asked for it to happen. He was a nervous wreck, counseling didn't work anymore, it all made it worse. He knew that it was all his fathers fault. He sighed and decided to speak. "What do you want?" He said dejectedly.

She looked at him and realize that she startled him. Destiny felt terrible about waking him up while he was having an nightmare. She didn't want to make him more scared then he was in his nightmare. Destiny felt like walking out and just leaving him on the floor with his blanket but he looked scared in his nightmare. She realized he was sweaty and the sweat was dripping off of him.
Destiny could tell he was freaked out by her waking him up. She didn't mean to scare him at all. "I'm sorry. I just heard you having a nightmare and I just wanted to know you were alright. If you want me to leave I can." She was worried that he wasn't going to scream for help since she was the only counselor on duty tonight. She smiled lightly at him. She was ready to walk away.
